Crash & Insomnia for the Ages
Phenylpiracetam
Citation:   Coaperitive. "Crash & Insomnia for the Ages: An Experience with Phenylpiracetam (exp115561)". Erowid.org. Jun 26, 2021. erowid.org/exp/115561

DOSE:
300 mg   Phenylpiracetam
BODY WEIGHT: 150 lb
300 mg of phenyl was the best / worst nootropic I have ever taken.

Woke up at 7:30, took 300 mg at 8:00 along with alpha-GPC. Effects lasted until 11:30 AM. I wouldn’t call it euphoric, more of an extremely stimulating distracted feeling. Was clenching jaw hard and lost track of work. If one ignores the comedown, this effect is great for something like biking.

12:00 PM through 4:00 PM, pessimistic and irritable. Complaining increased.

4:00 onward, significant lower back soreness cold sweats.

1:00 - 5:00 AM, all side effects previously mentioned remain, along with mild hallucinations and paranoia, and insomnia.
