Morning ritual that 100% reduces it and keeps depression away (for myself): 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder, regular coffee medium cup, D8 THC. Stir powder with coffee fresh.
The reason I use Delta 8 over 9 is because with 8 it causes less confusion as 9 does when I get too high too quick. One of course can build tolerance to it. D8 brings an easy CBD calmness to it with a slight euphoria to it. The D8 also counters anxiety coffee gives; I gain the benefits of energy, euphoria, and calm nature. It seriously has helped me tremendously over anything else like psychedelics etc.
