I've been self medicating for decades and struggling with undiagnosed/partially diagnosed mental health issues for ages. After checking myself into a mental hospital due to my issues, I was finally prescribed a medication for my anxiety.

When I take this medication, I feel a small amount of pleasant "body buzz" wooshing just under my skin. I occasionally feel a bit dizzy but a manageable "glass of wine on an empty stomach" level. These effects seemed to have worn off as I got used to the dosage, and I noticed them again when I recently upped my dose to 7.5 from 5.

My memory has improved. My executive functioning has improved.

This med has changed my life. I am able to function in a way that I haven't been able to in literally years. I am so happy. I'm not jumpy at little things, I haven't been biting peoples heads off. I have still struggled with some spiraling in my head but not nearly as much as I used to. I am so thankful for this medicine.
