I don't remember the experience completely clearly, but I've tried to write down all I know with help of my trip sitter.

Started with smoking a pinch of o-pce in a bong with around a quarter cig worth of tobacco outside with trip sitter. Few hours of that and I was just high and happy, bit of trouble with walking. Currently I prefer o-pce instead of ketamine bc it doesn't make me nausea and works more with my psych meds that I've found dull down the high from ketamine and other drugs like LSD.

End of night I insufflated a thick line (my guess is around 40mg) and went into complete k-hole. Don't remember it, but 2 days after I feel a lot better mentally, much more stable and generally in a neutrally good mood.

Last 2 weeks I've been doing horribly probably bc of hrt outtage (I'm a trans man) that's lasted 4 months meaning I have a bad hormonal imbalance and I've been very impulsive, angry and crying often, huge moodswings. This o-pce k-hole feels like it helped a lot, I'm especially atributing it to this bc I haven't done anything else to help much with this mental state and this research chemical is closely related to ketamine that has been proven to help.

My rough estimate that I've done 200-300mg of o-pce thru the night. Which I know is a lot, but my psychiatric medication heavily impacts how much I need to get high.

Psych diagnoses: bpd, autism, depression, derealisation + depersonalisation

Current daily medication and doses:
Venlafaxine 300mg
Lamotrigine 200mg
Amisulpride 50mg
Quetiapine 25mg

To summarise this has been a very good experience I'm grateful for, huge thanks to my trip sitter that was also the first to tell me I was probably in k-hole bc I was unresponsive for a while.
