I am a 20 year old male, 5 foot 8 and 150 pounds. I have prior experience with low to moderate doses of psilocybin, dextromethorphan, stimulants, opioids, and of course cannabis which I take to the extreme. I take 250mg+ of THC in RSO form regularly to train and prepare myself for intense, boundary dissolving experiences. The most intense psychedelic experience I have had before this trip was a 3.5 gram trip two days prior which went well. It should be said that I now only use cannabis and psychedelics for spiritual exploration and I am a month clean from a horrific kratom addiction. It should also be said that I have been on fluoxetine for years and I do not necessarily recommend taking psychedelics on SSRIs. It all depends on your individual experience and listening to your body. I have had acute mild serotonin syndrome before from DXM and I know the symptoms and have never experienced them on psilocybin, but I am not a doctor and definitely stay away from MAOIs when on SSRIs.

I started May 11th 2023 (yesterday) with a doctor's appointment for my back that I hurt last Saturday in martial arts which I have been training in for 13 years. Then I went to work and finished my 8 hour work day. I won’t be working in a deli for much longer, I am planning on becoming an ethnobotanist and getting my undergrad in botany and chemistry. I fasted for 6 hours before I took the mushrooms to make sure they have their full effect and to minimize vomiting. Around 9:00 pm I set my intentions for the trip and asked the mushroom not to hurt me. I slowly ate the 5 grams with bubbly water to chase it down. The taste was disgusting as always, but I've gotten used to it for the most part and got it all down. I should mention that I am a cannabis fanatic and I always use cannabis with mushrooms. After I ate them I snuggled with my cat who I am very close to and listened to some Terrence McKenna lectures to get myself in the right mindset.

At around 9:20 I feel the first signs of reality shifting. I grind up some weed and I take a bong hit of Faerie Fire, a tested 28% THC Sativa. The world feels calm and still like how you can sense a rainstorm coming in the smell and character of the air. The world started to liquefy and everything started to move and breathe. I felt like something extraordinary and transcendent was coming. I had made the jump from 3.5 to 5 grams so I know I was in for the long haul. After this point I was so immersed in this experience that I couldn't write everything down and will have to recall it by memory. Around 9:50 I smoked another bowl and the experience continued to intensify. At this point I was starting to see the world turn into mandelbrot fractals that seemed to be in between 1 and 2 dimensions. It was like reality was a river filled with fractal eddies and whirlpools folding in on themselves, the mathematical structure of the universe was becoming visible. Maybe a half an hour later I prepared my dab rig to propel me into the peak of the experience. I probably smoked over a quarter gram of pure THCa crystals and lay back in silent darkness to prepare to meet my maker. I then asked the mushroom entities to show themselves and to teach me what they know. I asked for mercy and made it clear that I'm open to knowledge and have fully surrendered. "Come in little green men! Come in little green men!"

I started to hear some very intense audio distortions that eventually crystalized into a form of language and then I felt the presence of many, maybe even hundreds of elf creatures made out of fractals trying to communicate with me through this mix of audio and visual language I can only describe as a transfer of consciousness from the aliens to me. It was like we were in a symbiotic relationship, and they welcomed me into their world. These encounters would come in waves, and I would take more dabs when the waves were calmer between sets. It really felt like the waves and oscillation of the ocean. There was a point where I was experiencing glossolalia, I was speaking to the elves in tongues. Spontaneous language of unknown origin was pouring through my mouth like a fountain. At this point I knew I was experiencing a higher form of consciousness out of my reach in normal reality. I thought I had some idea of what to expect but this was exactly what figures like Terrence McKenna and other great psychedelic pioneers described. To me it is now clear we are not alone in this universe by any stretch of the imagination. As I am writing this I realize I have opened up Pandora's box and my life will never be the same.

If only my Dad knew what I was up to! I have the sense that whoever is brave enough to take a heroic dose will either be destroyed or enlightened. It took me years to get to a place where I felt comfortable taking this much of a boundary dissolving substance, and it was an act of faith in the mushroom to let it enter my body. I believe it is essential to build a personal relationship with the mushroom before you dive in headfirst into the deep end of the pool.

After hours of communication with these entities I started to lose contact with them. The open eyed world was now filled with a 5 dimensional geometry where I could literally see the fabric of spacetime. I was no longer in contact with the elves, and I recognized I had started to come down. It is clear to me that I was allowed access into a realm similar to the DMT breakthrough but more personal and drawn out over hours. I now feel obligated to breakthrough on DMT as soon as I get the chance. I feel motivated to get off SSRIs and dedicate my life to studying these substances which act as keys to the locked transdimensional door at the end of time.
