I'm in my mid 20's, man, English and French genetics. I take fish oil and lions mane mycelium daily. I've taken shrooms about 20 times since being 18. I wait at least 7 days between doses of any size. My normal frequency is dosing every few months. I take dose range of 0.5-2.5 dried P. Cubensis grams commonly. I've taken doses as low as 0.1g and as high as 4.5g. My favorite dose is ~1.5 grams. Before I ever took shrooms, I took an SNRI Cymbalta, which drastically reduced my brains neurological 5-HT2A receptors, making most of my trips probably weaker than they should be. Even after months and years of time after my last dose of Cymbalta. I took Cymbalta for 6 weeks in 2014 and never since. I read that St. Johns Wort can increase (up-regulate) 5-HT2A receptors. Must take St. Johns Wort for 14 days straight before up-regulation begins or becomes significant. The idea is, by increasing 5-HT2A receptors, you will have a more effective/strong trip. I was just up-regulating my 5-HT2A to try to normalize. Personally I'm in good health and have no medical conditions, and I have no prescriptions.

In late 2014, about 6 months after my last Cymbalta dose, I took my first dose of magic mushrooms, 1.5 dried grams of Creeper p. cubensis. I felt instantly more connected within my own brain. I became ambidextrous, my entire mind was in sync and completely connected in fast alien-level cognitive engineering neurology. My hearing was greatly improved, I could hear people, cars from far away, more easily. The shrooms enhanced my hearing. My vision was improved, I could focus more easily at long ranges. My senses improved, I could feel the nerves in my feet and hands more than ever before.

I saw an alien spaceship, it was constructing reality itself. The space ship was gold and piloted by blonde haired, blue eyed human Pleadians as most accurately as I can describe them. I believe these aliens are the creators of reality/ the universe and all life in it. The UFO weaved and beamed and built reality itself in front of me. When I was in the alien interdimensional mode, I could see earth from space. I'm not sure if this was a live view of the planet or a representation or model of earth.

The mushroom communicated with me saying: "Our species travels and replicates via spores, and creates a symbiosis with higher life (such as humans)." The mushroom is an alien genetic mastermind, genetic engineer from an alien world, with a perfect understanding and database of many lifeforms. The mushrooms genetic intelligence allows it to optimize and build compatible genetic upgrades and new code for the life form that eats the mushrooms.

I conclude from direct experience and observation that mushrooms are responsible for human evolution from our primate progenitor form/ base/ starter form, and increased brain size to modern human levels via the long term persistent increase in neurogenesis and synaptogenesis.

A blonde girl entity integrated with me (is this the goddess, the S.H.E, the female gaia, the mother Earth of life itself?), and I saw it/ her fixing my DNA, optimizing and improving my body, mind and spirit. I went for a walk, and my body felt perfect, I had nearly unlimited energy and felt compelled to run but chose to walk briskly. I felt a sense of love and connectedness to fellow humanity, realizing that we are all brothers and sisters. I was confident, standing tall with pride and good-will. I smiled way more than before and am/ was more respectful to people, while also standing up for myself more than before.

I went for a run along the beech, and had a perfect running form and increased endurance. Music sounded more euphoric, deeper, wider, 8D, in a sense of hearing it more clearly and completely. When I got back one of the hottest girls in my dorm started hitting on me, and wanted to go running with me, I accepted and we went running. Shrooms have been one of the most useful, healing, and intelligent molecules/ tools for increasing intelligence I've ever discovered.
