A common OTC nasal pump spray that I use when full holds 15cc and I get 110 full sprays out of that. So adding 15cc of sterile saline and 110mg of Fentanyl gets me 1mg per spritz. At 25% -50% nasal availability I get a good dose with one spritz then titrate up as needed. I just do basic math and start small then work up with more spritzes as needed.
Yes I waste some via administration due to using it via nasal but it's a safe dose and I managed to never OD or even come close.
