I was 16 years old I had done mdma before at least twice so I wasn’t new to it but this time was different.

Me and my best mate at the time always prepared before we took anything. So we went to her mums to smoke a joint to relax because we knew weed made our experience better. We got home around 7pm and I made a microwave meal bc I hadn’t eaten anything all day and didn’t want to do it on an empty stomach. About half an hour later we both decided to take our pill and watch tv in the living room before it kicked in. About half an hour later I started to feel really wierd and assumed I was just coming up so I shook the wierd feeling off and we put some music on. It was about an hour and a half after taking the pill and I didn’t feel the happy energy I usually felt instead I just felt tired and depressed. I started to feel sick so I went to the bathroom where I sat over the toilet for about 30 mins before deciding to lie down on the floor and see if I could sleep. I could not.

My body was tired all over but my mind was wide awake and the feeling of cold then hot flushes came over me. My friend had noticed I had left and came to check on me when she ran me a hot bath and tried to reassure me that I was okay it was just a trip. But the feeling of anxiety consumed me my mind was running and my body was tired. I got out the bath and went to lie in her bed to try and take a nap. I tried the 123 method I tried counting sheep nothing was working so I just lied there like a lifeless body my eyes wide open. After lying there for another 5 hours body not moving eyes wide open mind running, I fell asleep.

The next morning the sickness came over me I threw up about 9 times before deciding to go home and go back to sleep. Ever since that night I fall into states of derelization contemplating if I’m real or not.
