So I took 0.2g of the mushroom (ordered it dried online). I wanted to try it in a microdose because I have heard very good stories about the potential benefits of doing this.

The two main effects, while I was awake, where mild stimulation and mild sedation. Felt like taking a very light benzo with a couple of cups of coffee.

I started getting into a flow state with thoughts flowing effortlessly to me. I got a few things that I wrote down, and they are as follows:
1. Face your Fears
2. My Demons are My Own (I took this to mean that I am the one who creates my own experience and any demons that influence people are created by themselves, and, therefore, can be eliminated through our own efforts.)
3. Keep Going
4. You don't need anybody's Validation (Outside of My Own).

Dream:
When I fell asleep, I had a dream, where a cousin of mine was taking care of me, as I proceeded to have a ridiculously powerful delirium-like experience, with pieces of reality glitching out, and my body feeling kind of heavy, and feeling dissociated. I was under the impression that I had taken enough Amanita Muscaria to trip and that's what was happening. I then woke up in my bed, felt like I had just woken up from a dream, and tried to open my eyes, but the visuals were still kind of intense. Then I truly woke up, and that was a false awakening!!

I thought to myself "My God, this is really special. This is a golden goose if it makes me trip in my dreams." I had heard about this phenomena, but had no idea how it worked, at least until now.

Today:
Today, the day after taking it, I feel better. My thoughts are less pronounced (Mind is quieter), I feel pretty relaxed. All of the effects seem to have worn off.

Thoughts: This substance must be used sparingly, at the very least. Muscimol acts on the GABA-A receptor, and so it cannot be taken a lot without potential withdrawal symptoms popping up. For this reason, I am only going to do this once a year.
