I've been using Kratom for about 5 years now. Started with straight powder Kratom and eventually began using Extracts. For several months I spent hundreds of dollars on Extracts and 7OHM pills. After using $100 worth of that in a night I quit for a month. Then I began using Kratom powder again.

At 3-4 gram doses I generally get energy, depending on the vein/strain. At 4-6 grams, it's usually more of a mood booster, with plenty of euphoria. The energy and sedation cancel each other out at this dose. Anything bigger than 6 grams and I'm in for pure sedation. My doses never go bigger than 8 grams at a time otherwise I start to get the "wobbles". However I can use up to 2 OZ's of Kratom powder in a day, especially if it's a weaker batch.

Withdrawals happen, especially with high doses/daily use. They can range from anxiety to physical pain.
