Very Effective for Seroquel Withdrawal

I aimed to try 1,4-Butanediol when my Quetiapine dosage lowers from 50mg to 25mg.
When I attempted to cut my Quetiapine dosage from 50mg to 25mg in the past, my sleep rhythm would just be absolute hell. I would try for almost 5 days and still end up sleeping at random times of the day. It's difficult to tell whether or not it was primarily withdrawal and that maybe I needed to wait longer, but I didn't want to endure the experience of having insomnia and shit memory for a whole week.

The night it arrived, it came in the form of a small bottle that is able to administer drops. So I put 5 drops of BD into my bottle of water (.25mL), I look inside as the drops dissipate and I saw some distortions in the liquid that eventually disappeared. Gave it a decent shake around before I started drinking it, and I didn't really taste any difference.
T-1:00 (Bedtime)
I didn't particularly notice anything different, but as with many prescribed drugs out there some things can still be unnoticeable but under the works. I usually sleep around this time after I take my Quetiapine. I shut the lights off, went to bed, and before I could even notice: I fell asleep in the matter of 10 minutes.
I fell asleep in the matter of 10 minutes.
T-? (Morning)
Holy shit. I am well-rested, and my dreams were actually a lot more cohesive with a theme so I could genuinely tell that it worked better. Just felt exactly like how Melatonin worked for me as a kid (lmao, if only my VLPO wasn't so fucking unhealthy...). I'm definitely planning to keep this up for about a week, trying lower dosages, and eventually titrate off the [1,4-Butanediol]; I won't be doing this forever as once I completely get off the seroquel I'll try to move back to more normal sleep supplements like melatonin and valerian root. But overall, possibly a 9/10 sleep agent. I believe it just needs to be used under very specific circumstances and I wouldn't really recommend every other person to use GHB for their insomnia, you just need to do a ton of research on how these drugs effect your body and make inferences on how you're reacting to them. Consult a medical professional! They may not like the idea but they have an important critical ear and went to medical school unlike you and me.
