Whatever I Saw or Felt Was All a Hallucination

Hallucinations on 4-MMC (Overdose)

Overall, we took drugs 2 nights in a row. The first night we took half a pill of ecstacy and after about 1,5h-2h we took the 2nd half. We also snorted 3 lines of unfiltered 4-mmc each (they did absolutely nothing for me). And the second night: ~550mg of 4mmc throughout the night, total.

Everything was fine the first night. When me and my friend decided to go sleep after everything, I decided to smoke some weed (maybe like 6-7 puffs?) and got really REALLY high (I did have a tolerance at the time, so this was really interesting for me). I had never been that high before and I loved it. I loved it so much, that I wanted to experience it fully. That lasted the entire dawn. I went to smoke 3 times in total and basically pulled an all nighter. I ended up sleeping only for an hour.

Then the 2nd night came. I came to my friend's home kinda sleep deprived (1 hour of sleep from the previous night) and on an empty stomach. I did eat a decent amount of food at his, before taking substances though. We took 1 line of the unfiltered 4mmc at 8:20pm, as a kickstart for the night. And then, chaos started. I think in total we took about 7-8 lines each?
I think in total we took about 7-8 lines each?
Starting 8:20pm and ending 7am, at the hospital.

We were pretty careful at the start. (The first 5-6 lines were taken with caution, spacing each line about 1 hour apart) I'm pretty sure I took 1 line more than my friend, for the reason that I hadn't been feeling the other lines. Boy was that a mistake. The lines didn't stir any concern, until we took the final line of the night at about 6.30am. Me and my friend talked for a bit and I went to the bathroom, I washed my hands and I looked at them. I wasn't washing my hands for even 20 seconds, and they were SO wrinkly, almost as if I had been keeping my hands in a bath for about an hour. I call my friend over, he checks it out (from here on forward, whatever I saw or felt was all a hallucination) and I notice how some of my wounds on my hands are expanding AS WE SPEAK. I start panicking. I notice a vein pop and blood is slowly spreading out inside my skin (not a lot). Now I'm REALLY panicking. My friend tells me that it could be vascular damage and that I need to soak my hands in warm water. My fingertips were bruising up, they were getting blue at the tips, the wounds around my nails were still slowly expanding, so I kept my hands in the running warm water.

My friend starts frantically googling, trying to figure out what to do, I'm bent over by the bathtub, scrubbing my hands, hyperventilating. We couldn't solve the issue and I start really panicking. I felt my nails weaken, almost as if they were about to completely fall off, like frostbite. (Note: Whenever I rubbed my fingertips in the "blue" areas, those places would turn back to my regular skin tone, and after a few seconds of doing nothing to my hands, they start turning blue again). However, I noticed that I felt absolutely no pain, even if the sighting was ungodly and terrifying. I tell my friend to call an ambulance, cause at this point, I think I'm going to die.

The paramedics come, check my heartbeat and ask whether I took anything and, obviously, I tell them that I took 4-mmc. They gave me this pill to calm me down, and offered me to go the hospital to check for an OD. I went with them, and whilst I was in the ambulance I finally start thinking about what happened, and finally realize that this could've all been my imagination (no, acknowledging that this wasn't real didn't make it disappear in an instant). We arrive, they take a urine sample, tell me what happened and that I should drink carbonated water and they let us go. The rest of the day, even after the hospital visit, I could still see my hands turn a bit blue at the tips. I went to sleep at around 9.30 am, and when I woke up - I felt all fine.

It's hard to explain in words what I saw and felt in that moment. It was terrifying. Thought I was dying. Do not recommend.
