I purchased a 20:1 kanna extract online from a reputable vendor cheaply. Actual standardized kanna extracts tend to be much more expensive but likely provide better results.

There is not much to write about here, but both times I have tried the extract the results have been little more than a placebo. From the tea I experienced a possible mood lift (very likely placebo) and from the sublingual dose I experienced no perceivable effects at all.

This is usually marketed as a pleasant/subtle high, but I would argue it is not a high at all. A very high mesembrine extract would probably produce better effects, but I doubt even that would reach a recreational level.
