I have done it probably 30+ times now and had a spat where I had to stop. I hadn't done it since until today and thought I'd write a report on it.
If you have done cocaine or crack cocaine, then imagining the feeling is a lot easier. Cocaine gives me a huge, euphoric rush; meth only really gave me that somewhat the first few times I did it. Cocaine makes me personally talk a lot; meth does somewhat but much less. Generally the intensity of the high was surprisingly I say a fair bit less than cocaine or even something different like opioids. It generally gives me mild euphoria, and makes me want to do something, whether that be play a game, write, or otherwise do some task.
Also, the comedown is easy. I don't get that anxious terrible feeling like with cocaine and it just wears off.
Think of it as cocaine light, but that lasts *far, far* longer. In fact, this is my real complaint with this drug - it simply lasts too long. I'm not an easy sleeper, and many times even 10-12 hours later from the last dose, I can't sleep. This has made me reluctant and unwilling to do this drug frequently.
Unlike cocaine, which gives me an intense feeling of wanting to, needing to, do more, I don't get it that much with meth. I find I can easily decide to stop and pretty much only take a preplanned dosage once.

I thought for a while that maybe I wasn't doing enough of it to get the highs I had always imagined it would give - a more intense or at least same as cocaine euphoric rush. So one night I stupidly hit the pipe again and again and again but only got buzzing in my face. From the time I took that last hit, I couldn't sleep for 3 days, and felt so horrible I went to the ER and got them to IV me with Ativan so I could sleep. After that experience, I just stopped using it at all, not necessarily because of fear that would happen again, but rather that I felt the high to generally be lackluster and the sleep negative side effect to be too troublesome.
So for the first time since then, I used it last night last around 7-8 PM, and it's now 10 AM the next day and still no sleep. I don't feel terrible, just a bit tired.
