I had received this compound (4f-mph) with another (a-PiHP). Originally I was sent about a half gram of each substance.

I am not sure how good I am at writing or describing my experiences but I will try my best. This took place approx. 4-6 years before writing this. I also eyeball my doses a lot (I know, it is not very professional, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do that) but I have learned to become very good at it over the years.

I tried this particular substance after coming down off the A-pihp a few days later. That next morning I decided to take out a bit and see its effects. All I was told beforehand was that it was an analogue of Ritalin and that the effects have a ceiling unlike other stimulants. I had come to find out that was true. I had insuffulated about 30-40mg to see how it would feel. Because stimulants in particular always make me want to compulsively re-dose, I noticed this and a-piHP was no exception. The only difference being with this and not A-PHIP, re-dosing did not produce more effects, this however, did not stop me from trying . It mostly just made me feel like I was on caffeine or and low dose of Adderall, some sort of weak stimulant. I was not getting intense euphoria like with cocaine, D-methamphetamine, or A-pHIP, I was not even really "wired" that much, it more felt like I had dranken like 1 cup and a half of coffee, really clear headed and alert and awake, but somewhat jittery.

Overall this is one of the milder stimulants which honestly felt even weaker than Adderall. I could see this compound definitely having much therapeutic potential for use as a prescription drug to treat stimulant abuse/addiction, or even for ADD/ADHD uses. It really was not intoxicating in any way, more like a subtle stimulation combined with a stimulation that helped focus. About 45-minutes to an hour into it, it would begin to wear off and I would crave more and re-dose, only to find that it did not do much of anything at all. This compound truly seems abuse-proof unlike A-pHIP.
