I've gotten into a little bit of trouble with law recently, so I've been searching out new legal alternatives for mind altering substances. My first venture was with nutmeg. I've been reading about this psychoactive for months, so I decided to give it a try. First I obtained a can of somewhat fresh whole nutmeg. Then I proceeded to grind 4 of the little buggers in a coffee grinder (needless to say; this was not a very scientific process). I did not get a dosage per pound of body weight ratio. All in all I think I dosed about 2-1/2 to 3-1/4 teaspoons full of this very nasty tasting oily powder.

I took the freshly ground nutmeg and mixed it with 2 containers of yogurt, to mask the biting flavor of the nutmeg. This of course, did not mask the flavor very well. I then proceeded to consume the mixture; as quickly as possible. After about 2 to 3 hours I started to notice a minor head change. Nothing worth mentioning. About 4 hours into the high I went outside to smoke a cigarette; as I was puffing on my smoke, I noticed a strange motion in my body. It was like a vibration causing my center of balance to shift into different directions. It felt like I was leaning in different directions, when in all actuality I was sitting straight up. This continued as long as I maintained a semi-verticle position. I also noted some pressure building in my head around my eyes. Upon inspecting my eyes, I noticed that they were extremely bloodshot. After about 5 hours, I decided to get some rest.

My alarm went off at about 6:45am. I got up to take a leak, my equilibrium was so out of whack I could hardly stand up to walk to the bathroom. When I finally got there I did my business; then everything started to change appearance. I saw a bright ring of undulating light in my vision. I was getting extremely light headed, the only way I can describe the color of the light that I saw in the ring is to say that it resembled the colors when I put pressure on a LED display, like those that are found on a calculator. The colors spilled out of the ring and cover my whole field of vision. At this point I cannot remember anything; everything went black.

When I came to, I was on my hands and knees on the bathroom floor. I had an extremely bad headache. I then realized that I had passed out. In the process of blacking out, I smacked my head against the porcelain toilet bowl; the portion of my head that made contact with the toilet bowl was my right eye. The following 24 hours were spent feeling dizzy and light headed. Every time I stood up I got a massive headrush. I also received one hell of a shiner out of this whole ordeal. I think I may have dosed a little too much for my body weight. I don't think I'm going to try this again (if I do; I will most certainly find the ratio for my body weight).
