I found myself travelling back to uni with a cold and a glow in my eye, knowing that my friend and his girlfriend were waiting for me so that the delights of salvia could be enjoyed in a group. Going on the fact that I have never played with this substance before I was to say the least a little naive.

I arrived to find that I was in for a small lecture before the pleasentries took place. I was told how I may feel and even read some stories to prepare me for what was to be a most life changing experience.

So the time came and I sat on the bed got nice and comfy and was handed the bong with a hefty amount of the salvia sitting in the bottom staring up at me. My friend was at the helm of the lighter, big mistake... I started pulling waiting for him to stop, and he was in turn waiting for me to stop (it all adds up). Held it in my lungs and felt the spirit that is salvia ebbing into my very soul. The last thing I remember is my friends girlfriend saying that I must have big lungs because I was a swimmer.

Then I felt as if a larger being was trying to twist my body out of my physical body, and then I saw that the reality that I was once part of was a lie and that the real reality was this repeating void that was calapsing inwards with me at the focal point. I was convinced that this was the truth and was getting annoyed that this was indeed the real thing. I remember picking up a toilet roll and trying to take a well deserved swig. But no it was as dry as I thought it would have been. V funny. After this I realised for being so gung ho, salvia had indeed punished me and caused me to forget I was ever in contact with the little blighter. Well done salvia, well done.

As I was coming round I tried to grasp my three dimensional reality in which the people I knew were sitting waiting for me to spill the beans. The only regret I have is not videoing the whole affair.
