Here in Serbia, it is very popular. Reason - price. For about 5 EUR, I can get 10x50mg capsules, on the street. Here, very rarely people consume it without weed. I had many experiences with Tramadol (called Trodon here). I only wanted to say that I do not consume it with alcochol, because of side effects and vomiting... moderate dose is 250mg or 150mg+100mg in the morning. To stop vomiting, I take a spliff and relax. I do not drink carbonated stuff either...I can solve the problem if I swallow a powder from capsules with rizla.. if I feel low next morning, take a lot of coffee and a little bit of weed, and problem is solved for a some time... We do it like that for years, and beside we have no problems.
