I take Klonopin for my anxiety attacks, as needed... but tonight I was just stressed out and wanted to relax. I normally take 1 mg, but for some reason unknown to me, I took 3 around 6 pm. It started out like Klonopin normally does... it takes a good 30-45 minutes to kick in... and by that time, BOY did it ever kick in. It also kicked my ass. I tried to stand up to go get a glass of water, because my mouth was going dry... and normally I can walk if I'm on just 1 mg... but with 3 mg, I felt like I was flying...underwater? I felt weightless and that I had wings, but everything around me was moving so slow, as though I was underwater. I was numb. It soon became too much for me to handle, although I'm sure I would have enjoyed it if I had only taken 2 mg. I went to bed after my 20 minute trip (no pun intended) for a drink, and slept a good 10+ hours.
