3 g oral Nutmeg (ground / crushed)

The first time I tried nutmeg was 7 years ago. And I did the common mistake of taking a lot of it without knowing what I was doing. I had a horrible trip that lasted for around 36 hrs. After this experience, I've shunned nutmeg for years.

That is until now. A friend of me told me about good experiences on nutmeg, so I decided to give it a go. At around 3pm I ground up one whole nut ((West Indian nutmeg), around 4 grams (there where 3 nuts in the pack, and it said it held 12 gms.) And spooned it down.

During the entire experience, I drank a lot of water and orange juice. This is important to stay hydrated, and vitamin c is always nice to help my body with just about any problem.

After 3-4 hrs I started to feel high, much like after smoking weed, but not the giggliness.

I was sitting and listening to music, and it was all just chilled and relaxed.

After another couple of hours it peaked, and I was feeling very stoned, and was sitting watching the Windows Media Player effects, absolutely fascinated. I was very happy, content and relaxed.

After midnight I started to come down, but when I went to bed around 3am, my bed was still spinning, and I had some very interesting dreams.

The next day I felt sort of tired and spent, but much more pleasant than an alcohol hangover.
