I have been taking sertraline for a long time, over 2 years. I started on Tramadol HCl, about 6 months ago. I have found no bad drug interactions, but there could always be a possibility of it being unnoticeable. I find that Tramadol does not seem to be a very habit-forming drug nor effective.
I find the real opiates and opioids to have more effect on pain, but are more habit-forming. I got off Tramadol, and got put on Hydrocodone Bitartrate. I still take tramadol on occasion, but only one tablet a day, not 3 like I was supposed to take. I was put on Vicodin for my 3 herniated disks in my spine. I find myself craving, but I don't let it get to me. I find them great for pain.
