I have read some of the other posts on Ambien, and decided to take things up a level. I took three 10mg Ambien tablets after dinner. Onset took about an hour, due to a full stomach. When I reach 'peak' state, there are definite changes visible. I sense others with me, and stationary objects appear to move.

This is in addition to all the interesting light effects from TVs, computer screens, etc. in a dark room. In a very strange way, I get the sense that I am one with inanimate objects which may or may not be moving at the time. It's worth checking out. If I have to get up in the morning, I set an alarm clock, because I will be sleeping deeply soon. Sometimes, my computer keys talk back to me. In this state, I think that inanimate objects are communicating with me.
