I recieved a phone call from a friend offering me a opioid substance that I had never heard of. After looking it up, I had discovered that this substance, buprenorphine, at '600µg is considered equivalent to 10mg morphine for pain relief.' Stupidly, I ignored the text above it saying that it was a long acting opioid.

At around 10:30 pm, I dosed, with 1/8 tablet of suboxone crushed up and taken intranasally (not sure if it was 'the 2mg buprenorphine with 0.5mg naloxone' tab or the '8mg buprenorphine with 2mg naloxone' tab). I had no opiate tolerance at the time.

Within 15 minutes I felt a small hydrocodone like buzz coming one. Talking to my friend, I was thinking about finishing off the other 1/8 tab, but he told me to wait a while. Good thing. The effects became stronger and stronger, and I began to nod off and stare into space for minutes at a time, only to snap back to reality wondering what the fuck I was doing. So I decided it was time to go back to my room, which is upstairs. Since I was sitting down, I didn't know how fucked up I was until I got up. I could not walk a straight line, and bounced off of my stair walls like a pinball. Finally I made it to my room, and sat down. The effects seemed to be more of a head buzz than a body sensation, but extreme analgesia was noticed. I was pretty dizzy too. I went to bed around 12, thinking that would be it.

I woke up at 6 am, and was still buzzed out. Upon sitting up, a extreme wave of nausea hit me. I grabbed my handy barf bucket I keep in my room for new drugs like this, and vomitted 3 times. Went back to sleep. Woke up again at 7, ran to bathroom, vomitted 3 more times. Fell asleep on bathroom floor, woke up, vomitted more. Went to bed slept some more. Woke up at about 2, vomitted more. Finally, woke up around 4, and was still nauseated and buzzed, not not enough to vomit. Went back to sleep

Woke up for good at 6 pm, and got up. Still buzzing pretty hard, but hungry now. Go downstairs, and get some food. Call work and say I'm sick, because there is no way I can stand up that long and not get sick again, since movement on any opiates always aggravates nausea (at least for me it does).

Overall, this is some very powerful stuff. I'm still not sure if it was the 2mg buprenorphine or 8mg, but I do know that it is made for sublingual administration, not intranasal. Anyway, it was only 1/8 of the pill, yet produced such a strong and long lasting effect. I'm not sure that I would repeat this, as the negatives heavily outweigh the positives. Also, the effects from this were more of a dizzy disabled head buzz than a warm body feeling of goodness. Though the effect was extremely strong and present, it was lacking in euphoria. I have never thrown up so many times in my life.
