After receiving this stuff from an online dealer, I made the tea in the traditional manner.

T 00.15 Began to feel heavy and things looked strange.
T 02.00 couldn't stay awake, dreams more vivid but hard to remember
T 12.00 When I awoke in the morning I experienced nothing more than a swollen tounge and very bad pain as if I ran a marathon. Also my hearing was sort of distorted. (maybe a steroid?)

In my opinion this stuff isn't worth the pain it produces. sleeping pills would be more benificial and probably more psycoactive.
