My Favourite Trip

It was April 20th of 2005. I had to work all night and didn't participate in the usual 4/20 celebrations, I did have a few hits of 20x salvia, so that was to be my 'celebration' for when I got off work. I've taken salvia numerous times, this is probably my favourite trip to tell about.

I'd like to inform anyone reading this that when I take salvia, I become completely immobile until I start coming out of the trip. I don't use a trip sitter anymore, my friends CANNOT be quiet, and any noise seriously disturbs my trip. I prefer to take trips in my car (doors locked, key in glove compartment) because it's a comfortable, safe, and quiet place for my immobile body and hallucinating mind. On with the trip...

Sitting in the drivers seat of my car, parked in an empty parking lot, it's night time. I take the hit, immediately set down my pipe. I hold in the hit for as long as I can, I don't even remember blowing out the smoke. All I can see is blackness. Suddenly, in the midst of all this blackness, a little entity comes strolling up. He looks kind of like a little cartoony strawberry man, or sort of like the Flameboy character from that skateboarding company.

He asks me if I wanna come have some fun with him and his friends. I reply 'Sorry man, I'm about to start tripping out on salvia and I have to focus here.' (in retrospect: HAHA!) He somehow convinces me to come with his friends...and before I know it, an uncountable amount of these little strawberry men come walking/flying/bouncing in from the blackness.

They are making many identifiable and unidentifiable shapes, which I am flying/swimming through. They form a giant strawberry (red with small black spots) elephant, which I ride on. Then they morph into one giant strawberry ocean, which I swim through. They form fountains, clouds, hoops, basically anything I can imagine, and I am just flying through/amongst all these objects. Then they form a steering wheel, I grab hold of the wheel and go flying through the universe. It is a beautiful sight, everything is still encased in the blackness, but every once in a while a beautiful strawberry object will come flashing my way. My time with the little strawberry men seemed to last hours, or days, I'm not sure.

As I am guiding the strawberry steering wheel through the universe (or is it guiding me?) I start coming out of the trip...I realize I am gripping the steering wheel of my car. Heh heh, it's funny...whenever I start coming out of a salvia trip, I seem to grab hold of the nearest object and that becomes the basis for how I leave my trip. That's all I have to say about that particular trip.
