DOSE:
3 hits smoked Salvia divinorum (extract)
BODY WEIGHT: 130 lb
I'd been introduced to hallucinogens early on after I first began smoking pot. My first psychedelic trip was off of DXM, which I enjoyed but I was looking for something more. Over the months I experimented with Psilocybin Mushrooms, Amanita Muscaria, and Salvia Leaves. Salvia leaves were very enjoyable in my opinion, they produced light visuals and a feeling similar to pot, but I still felt that I wanted to go deeper in the Salvia realm, so I ordered some Salvia 20X. I had many different experiences with the extracts, each one never the same as the last, up until my parents searched my room (after I'd been sent to the hospital for alcohol poisoning) and discovered the bag of extract. But this report is about one experience in particular that blew my mind completely, it painted my surroundings and blasted me outside of my skull.

I set up my room so that my surroundings were dim, and I sat down on my bed with my pipe. I packed two 'pinches' of extract and set down a glass bowl to put my pipe down into when I would start to lose it. I took one hit and felt waves moving up my body, my vision was starting to lose grip, my head was spinning and twisting. I took another deep hit and lost all normal physical feelings. I dropped the pipe into th glass bowl, and slowly fell back into my bed. The room around me spinned and then stopped and appeared to begin to spiral in a downwards motion. Then it appeared that my room had morphed into a hallway shape, then it split down the center, as if a bomb had blown half of it off. There were stars and lights coming from the half that had torn, and that's when I saw the 'spirtis'. The cartoonish characters of mixed colors floated around in front of me, one grew eyes and a mouth and was laughing like a child. Then I began to hear another voice, the voice of an older man. The man and the child's voice joined together, calling out to me to 'come fly with us!'. Then I could hear a beautiful voice, an opera singer of some sorts, calling out to me with a song. I started to wonder if she was the Goddess of the salvia, a sort of diety induced by Salvorin, or perhaps a spirit within the substance itself. My vision shifted, as if I were leaving my spot in whatever dimension I was resting in, and plunged down a tunnel or colors, following this singing voice. It was then that I started to feel a connection to my body again, the first I had felt in what felt like an hour, it was like a huge pressure was pummeling my chest. I sort of snapped out of my dreamy state, but upon looking around my room, things were still distorted. My System Of A Down poster shifted and the faces on the pictures peered out of the wall at me. I tried to lift myself off the bed, and fell to the floor, where I lay watching my room contort around me until all was clear again. The singing voice persisted up until I realized that I had stopped tripping, and at this realization the voice completely vanished.

Salvia 20X was a completely psychedelic experience, almost like visiting another dimension, however I would not recommend this to anyone who is not experienced in tripping. 20X is a heavy substance, and for hours afterwards I was left awestruck by the momentum of my experience.
