SO there I was, I had smoked some weed and taken a few fat puffs on a cigarrette. At this point I felt completely overwhelmed and felt I needed to lie down. As I lay down I began to relax and feel my energetic body. At this point, I began chanting the many names of god in synch with my heart beat. I don't know how long had passed, but I entered into a state of harmony in which all thought ceased, kinda like the point I am at right before I go to sleep. As soon as I realized what was going on, a very scary skeleton man holding a cane and wearing a top-hat appeared to me. It was kinda like the greatful dead icon. I become extremely afraid, almost like a nightmare and I began chanting 'Allah, Allah, allah, allah'. The reason why I started chanitng was due to the fact that god was my refuge at the time and I called upon him in times of need. Possibly because I was so scared and intensely emotional, my chanting was done with 100% of my being. Well, I guess the message got through because next thing I knew, the demonic figure turned into a purple light and I entered into the light. The next thing I knew I was in a place that seemed like outer space. There were millions of Islamic symbols of the star and the crescent moon coming at me form all directions. These symbols glowed with the brightest and most beautiful light I had ever beheld. I had no body, I had no mind, I had no eyes or ears, it was like I had ceased to exist but was completely existant at the same time. I understood that these symbols represented peoples spirits and that the place I was in was timeless and infinite. As soon as I began to question what was going on I came back into physical bodily awareness again. I'm not a muslim or of any particular religious belief. I'm simply sharing my experience of combining meditation with drugs and the effects one may incur. I have done many more powerful physchadelics before, but this is by far the most intense experience I have ever had in my life.
