It Fufills Me

Intro:
First off my name is Nick and I recently tried meth for the first time. Before trying meth I was basically a clean cut kid. I chewed tobacco for a few years and smoked MJ a few times, but besides that I was just a normal kid.

Setting:
It was my birthday and invited a few of my friends over for a small get together. Once they got to my house we started a fire and began to drink some beer (I didn't because I don't drink). We sat there for about a half an hour and got bored. That is when my best friend trevor said he knew something that could spice up the party and keep us up all night (we were planning on doing this anyway with mt. dew and caffeine pills). So we all threw in some money and collected $85 (mostly from me because I’m the only one with a job and my grandpa pays me everyday). So after assuring us we would love this substance and that it would be worth the money he called “his guy”. About twenty minutes later the guy showed up with a baggy, took the money, and left.

Preparation and Insuffalation:
So my friend opened the bag and began “cutting lines” for everyone. Since I threw in the majority of the money I took the majority of the lines (5 total, varying in size). Not having snorted anything before except sugar (it was a dare) I just put the straw in my nose and snorted as hard as I could. I instantly coughed and nearly purged but held it down.

Effects:
After I walked into the woods because of my near-purge the effects took over. My walked back to the fire seemed to take no time which is weird because I was a few hundred feet away from the fire. But moving felt strange. It almost felt like I was outside of my body
moving felt strange. It almost felt like I was outside of my body
. Not only that but I felt light, almost like I was floating on pillows. I looked down at my feet and they looked like they were a hundred feet away, like I was looking at them from the top of a tall building. When I returned to the fire I decided to sit down (the effects hit me so fast and so hard, I could barely handle it). My face felt flush and I started to sweat a little bit. Luckily my friend Mike said a hilarious joke and I started to laugh, HARD. I laughed and laughed it seemed for an eternity that I laughed. Stress and anxiety left me and it felt as if they would never return. Man was I wrong.

Crash:
It seemed to be all at once all the happy feelings and the talkativeness, and energy left my body leaving only a very confused group of teenage boys. My stomach started to ache and I wanted more but had no money. So I just took some Nyquil and tried to sleep it off.

Conclusion:
Meth is a great drug. It made feel like I was on top of the world. Having said that I would suggest this drug to no one. Life not under the influence of the drug now seems to be boring and lame. Almost like I am missing something, but I know I must fight the temptation; it is tearing my mind apart. On one hand I want the best feeling in the world back but than again I don’t want to be a addict bum on the street panhandling for drug money.
