Purchased some good quality Kratom from a website. Followed the preparation recommended on their website also. Boiled a full oz. of leaves, strained, and boiled again. Then boiled the material down until there was about 500ml of thick fluid left.
Store this for about 2 days, then went camping.

After a day of drinking, I split the dose between 3 people. Like chewing aspirin, even with 1/2 cup of sugar, it is bitter as bitter can be. I needed a very sweet chaser.

Effects began in about 15min, and at first were blissful. Then it felt like I was under a heat lamp, I was sweating and felt on fire, as were my friends. Then the nausea set in. On the other hand my friends threw up quite violently, then felt better. I held everything down, and continued to feel nauseated for 2 hours, until we lit up another 'herb'. Then I layed down, and this is where I found out the best way to experience the Kratom. Laying still with eyes closed produced a blissful experience. I felt tired, but not sleepy if that makes sense? I was in heaven for about another hour.

Once I got up from my rest, the effects were much milder, but still present. The nausea was gone. I felt great for the rest of the night.
