Hallucinations on Ambien

I've took ambien as a sleep aid/high many times before, the last time I took ambien I had unusual effects and decided never to take it again.

I've had one actualy enjoyable expierence on ambien, where I had undergone hallucinations whilst in control of my body and completely capable of remembering everything. It started off after smoking a good amount of bud, I took 2 ambien at around 10:30pm, by 10:45pm I felt a unusual good feeling and extremely high. By 11:00pm I realized something was amiss, I noticed that my plants leaves were actualy moving, as though they were fluent tentacles of a soft loving creature, and I laughed to myself and walked over to the planet, and went to touch it and it stopped moving. I sat back down, continued to watch tv and realized the tv was glowing, and had an expanding light around it, at the same time I had realized this my plant friend came back to life, and I was cracking up. I then walked to go to the bathroom, and noticed that a blanket with red and blue patterns where moving in and out of themselves, creating a kaleidoscope type effect. The effects diminished into nothing after 30 minutes or so, and by 12:00 I was forcing myself to sleep.
