I had just quit using heroin cold-turkey after using it for a year.
I had been 7 days since I used any heroin. I was with my girlfriend and we picked up two bags of very good shit from my best dealer. The dope was almost pure white with a tint of light light brown. I had poured about 3/4 of the bag into a cap of a syringe. I mixed it up with about 30 units of water. Then I sucked it into the needle through a small ball of cotton to filter the mixture. I then tied my arm up and shot only half of the 30 units into my vein. (Big mistake)
I remember about 5 seconds of time after I had untied my arm. I came to a minute later to my girlfriend screaming with one of my friends with her. I couldnt talk or move but I could hear them contemplating whether or not to bring me to a hospital. After about 5 minutes I could start moving again and I could talk very little. I was able to spit out 2 words -' I'm O.K.' and my girlfriend and other friend were happy to hear my voice.
I wanted to share this to warn people not to take even a small amount of heroin after taking a break. If a person does go back to using use a very very small amount until they build up tolerance again. Thank you and be careful everyone.
