Last night I was bored and sitting at home - I have a gram of MDMA and thought it would be a fun way to spend the evening (I live with my parents). So I went to my room and got into bed at around 11.20pm and dipped my finger into the bag. By 11.50 nothing at all had happened so I dipped again and by about 12.30 still nothing had happened so I very foolishly dipped again. I waited another half hour and as still nothing had happened I went to sleep because I was bored.

I snapped awake at 3am needing to go to the bathroom, I got up really quickly and put on a robe and went in - big mistake. Looked into the mirror and my eyes were normal but I felt a bit funny. As soon as I sat down the whole room went difficult to see and the colours were jumping out at me, I stood up and my eyes were HUGE. I think that I came up with a bang because I had just been lying there and all of a sudden I jumped up and got my system moving. It was really cold and I started shivering uncontrollably and my heart started banging - which has never happened before. I was having a panic attack.

Back in my room I didn't know what to do, I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I looked up overdoses on the internet and confirmed that I wasn't too bad just a bit freaked out and had taken a bit too much. It took 3hrs for me to come down but for that 1st half hour I was completely freaked out and had to control my breathing. I was also disoriented and confused and afraid to get too warm or drink too much water because one pushes your core up and the other swells your brain if you drink too much. I think that I have over-educated myself on the effects of MDMA and that contributed to my fear.

I will take it again, but only in company and I am never falling asleep before I come up ever again if I have to stay up all night waiting. Waking up peaking is a really scary experience.
