  repeated smoked Methamphetamine
200 mg oral Hydroxyzine (pill / tablet)
BODY WEIGHT: 170 lb
The only reason I would consider not smoking crank is because of the nasty crash and other unwanted side-effects. I have been smoking crank on and off, sometimes heavily on binges, up to at least 3 grams at a time, for 5 years now, always searching for a cure for the inevitable 'CRASH'. I have discovered that benzodiazepines, diazepam, alprazolam, clonazepam, etc., at the right dose at the first symptoms of the 'CRASH' and topping up after that can totally cure paranoia, anxiety, jitteriness, and insomnia.

However, in the Philippines [where I live], where benzos are hard to find illegaly, and without a prescription, almost impossible to obtain from local pharmacies/drugstores, I try to buy Iterax (hydroxyzine dihydrochloride) an unregulated antihistamine with antianxiety properties. I can buy it easily over-the-counter from local pharmacies. I have discovered that a dose of 200mg at the first symptoms of the 'CRASH' can generally eliminate paranoia, anxiety, and even insomnia. I down at least 8 25mg pills at the start of the crash then try to think positive.
