I had found some Trazodone in my friends room and asked him about it, and he told me he took it for a sleep aid/anti-depressant. Well, me being me, I asked if I could try it out. He gave me 4 pills and I started to do my research.

Well, the other guys grouped with me had strong words about Trazodone, such as it's not for recreational use. That may be the case, but my experience was such that it was different than others I have read online.

I took 200mg in two 100mg pills at 11:20pm exactly, with a full glass of water and a full stomach. I had read that most of the others only had to wait about 20 minutes. I don't know what it is with me, but even when I took acid, it took it like 2 hours to kick in, when my friends were starting to trip after 30 minutes to an hour, and the Trazodone took me about an hour before I started feeling anything.

About 20 minutes into it, I had a slight pressure behind my eyes, and my nose was starting to get real runny for some reason or another. I ended up drinking another glass of water, because my stomach did start to rumble a bit, but nausea wasn't present as reported by other experiences.

After an hour of waiting, I felt like having a cigarette. BAAAD mistake. I would figure it on a depressant like Trazodone in my system, then adding Nicotine, a stimulant, into the mix. Needless to say, I was fine for about 5 minutes, talking to my woman on the computer, and then it hit me like a wall. My heart started racing, and I had to gasp for breath. I felt like I was forgetting to breathe and that I was going to pass out, as if my heart was working too hard.

I stuck it out for about 20 minutes, unable to do anything but lay my head down and try to meditate and breathe deeply to calm myself down. After that I started to feel very slightly better, but I decided to take it easy and go to bed.

I went to bed around 2:30am and had to force myself to get up at 12pm. I felt like I would've slept another 8 hours. I was and still am very groggy and would love a nap if I didn't have to work. That being said, I have two more pills and I'll do some more research for those of you who read this and still are interested.
