I tried 1 x 200mg tablet of hoodia (extract from 10.000mg) early in the morning. It suppresses appetite effectively. I wouldn’t say I didn’t want to eat at all, but I was less hungry than I am normally. Still I’m a bit apprehensive about using it as its mechanism of action is unknown (at least I haven’t been able to find any info).
