T 0:00 - 1 x 200mg tablet.
T+0:30 – I’m feeling a bit spacey and I have a sensation of pressure inside my head. Nothing else out of the ordinary to report. I take another 1 x 200mg tablet.
T+1:00 – Bored and lethargic. No noticeable effects.
T+1:30 – Feeling ok but nothing out of the ordinary.
T+6:00 – I’m feeling… ok, nothing special.
Summary: no noticeable effects. I've read a lot of good about this so my guess is it does work, but that it's just not for everyone.
