I have alot experience with opiates Percocet,Vicodin,Oxy's,Methadone and Roxicet. I found that upon taking 4-50mg pills of Tramadol the effect was very similar to a moderate dose of vicodin or percocet( I'd say 10-15mg ). The feeling set in about 15-20 min and peaked at about an hour. All the characteristics of a 'good' opiate- euphoria, cigarette craving, well-being, just happy and itchy. I take them occasionally for fun and easy to obtain thanks to my PC but not enough to expeience any withdrawal because that is avoidable in I space out usage. Although if 'real' opiates like the ones stated above are available I'm all over those instead.
