BODY WEIGHT: 130 lb
I am a 5'8' Male weighing 130 lbs. I am diagnosed with Manic Depression (also known as Bipolar I) and it is under control and has been for some time, but my psych. doctor recommended a gradual change from Depakote ER to Lamictal because Depakote ER tends to upset my stomach and give me the diarrhea. I have been taking the gradual change very well, so I am starting this experience off with a clear head on my shoulders. I have done pot, DXM, Benadryl, Opium, Adderall, Concerta, Percocet, Oxycontin, Codeine, alcohol, cocaine, xanax, klonopin, ativan, ambien, restoril, vicodin, salvia, mushrooms, ecstasy, caffeine, nicotine, duster, morning glory, ephedrine, nutmeg, catnip, wellbutrin, clonidine, fentanyl, tramadol and melatonin in the past habitually. Needless to say, I was once hopelessly addicted to just being high, I didn't care on what, but for about a year and a half I would do any drug you put in front of me. And I was high every day (not an exaggeration) for almost my entire sophomore year and I have no idea how I graduated 10th grade. But with the support of my family, a mental hospital, multiple psych. doctors, and intensive therapy, I no longer drink AT ALL, I do not steal money, merchandise, etc., and I do not have any contact with drug dealers. I bought myself a $1000 laptop with the money would have spent on drugs in 2 months and now I am one of the first students in my graduating class to be accepted into a college. Sure, I do take the medications prescribed to me in an inappropriate manner at times, but i limit myself to one or occasionally two times a month and I don't take extremely high doses and I do so in a completely safe environment.

meds (only if needed):
0.25 MG Xanax (for anxiety)
15 MG Restoril (for sleep)
10 MG Ambien (for sleep)
7.5MG Vicodin (left over from wisdom teeth removal about a month ago)
Albuterol Inhaler (for asthma)
Duoneb Nebulizer Solution (for asthma)

required daily meds:
Breakfast: 250 MG Depakote ER
25 MG Lamictal
150 MG Wellbutrin XL
1 Puff Advair 500 MCG/50 MCG
1 Multivitamin

Lunch: 25 MG Lamictal
1 Iron Supplement

Bedtime: 500 MG Depakote ER
25 MG Lamictal
300 MG Seroquel
10 MG Singulair

Pre-experience notes: Had 3.75 MG vicodin around 4PM due to a headache, but it has already worn off. Overall good mood considering the fact that I just had Christmas with my family and got $240 and a ton of stuff I will need for the apartment when I go to college next fall. I hope to get most, if not all, of my winter break homework done tonight. I also hope to catch up with some friends via IM. I took all of my required meds today except for the Seroquel, because it is quite sedating and I have gone off of it for up to four days when I wasn't having an 'episode' without any adverse affects. I also have had a bit of the shakes for the past three weeks due to my medication change. I also have a bit of a stomach ache due to the fact that I haven't eaten since 4:30PM.

1:20AM t+0:00
-54mg concerta (extended release Ritalin) oral
-3.75mg vicodin oral
-2 tums oral

1:45AM t+0:25
-0.25mg xanax sub lingual
productive, very slight stimulation, stomach calmed down, a bit of the shakes

1:52AM t+0:32
-1 pepto bismol oral
-0.5mg xanax oral
relaxed, a bit of sedation and stimulation, bad taste, still shaky

2:07AM t+0:47
-1 tums oral
-3.75mg vicodin oral
very productive, still a bit shaky, but not nearly as much as before; feeling the stimulation set in harder

3:30AM t+2:10
-1 bag of pretzels
-1 tums oral
trying to keep hydrated but having to go to the bathroom like every 45 minutes, feeling relaxed yet stimulated, getting a lot of stuff done. The shakes seem to have disappeared completely for the first time in about two weeks

5:30AM t+4:10
-1 tums oral
productive and social, still stimulated, getting a little shaky, stomach growling

6:30AM t+5:10
-0.25 MG xanax oral
relaxing a bit, a bit shaky, calm yet stimulated, I think the Concerta is wearing off; decided to relax a bit and play some sudoku; got most of my work done already

8:00AM t+6:40
-27MG concerta oral
-0.25MG Xanax oral
-1 pepto bismol oral
ready to start off my day; I'll probably need to have a couple energy drinks throughout the day.

Summary: All in all this was a very relaxing and therapeutic experience considering the fact that it allowed me to completely finish a huge mountain of school work and relax at the same time. I would definitely repeat this experience again, but not for probably about a month because I don't want to be back in that downward spiral that I was in a year ago and beat my own body up. This experience helped me very much and was very positive.

total consumption:
-7.5 MG Vicodin oral
-1 MG Xanax oral
-0.25 MG Xanax sub lingual
-81 MG Concerta oral
-5 tums oral
-2 pepto bismol oral
