DOSE:
  repeated smoked Cannabis (plant material)
160 mg oral Oxycodone (pill / tablet)
3 shots oral Alcohol - Hard (liquid)
BODY WEIGHT: 180 lb
[Erowid Note: Because opiate use can lead to significant tolerance (requiring higher doses for the same effects), the dose used by a first time user is significantly smaller than that used by a regular user. It can be extremely dangerous to choose ones dose on the basis of the amount taken by someone else. Overdoses of opiates can be fatal.]
My buddy’s grandma died from a long and complicated battle with cancer and other various lung related ailments. As a result there was a plethora of available pharmaceuticals at his house, and since his mother was dealing with all of that shit we figured it didn’t really matter if we took the rest of his grandma’s stash. I know what you’re thinking I’m going to hell right? Well lucky for me I don’t buy into that bullshit so I wasn’t too worried, now back to my story.

We ended up getting close to 40, 20mg Oxycodones. We started out popping and snorting them and I soon found out that they were pretty awesome. One shitty ass day after several days of bingeing on the pills, I had only 8 left and I decided to break the capsules open and add them to a glass of ice cold milk. I thought it would be a nice way to top off and end my oxy binge. Well I drank the milk containing the pills and nothing really happened at first, I just sat around and smoked a few bowls.

Then the shit started to hit me and it felt similar to a weak version of a heroin rush. I felt weird but I decided to keep on smoking the bud because for some reason I was starting to feel nauseous and I thought it might help. This had never happened to me before but I guess I had never really taken this much at once either. Anyways, the nausea got worse so I decided to go into my room and lie down for awhile. As I was just getting into my bed, I felt really horrible and ran to the toilet and started vomiting profusely. The next 2-3 hours of my life consisted of me lying on my bathroom floor and only moving to get my mouth above the toilet when I felt the need to projectile vomit. What really sucked was that even after there was nothing left in my stomach, I kept on dry heaving. Once I felt ok to stand I made it to my kitchen and got a glass of water and a piece of bread. I took a sip of water and I threw it back up. Then I took a bite from the bread and proceeded to immediately throw this up also. Even though I wasn’t constantly vomiting at this point, I still could not get myself to keep any food or liquids down and since I had not eaten all day I attributed some of my sickness to it. I dosed around noon and I couldn’t keep anything down until about 6 or 7 at night. I still felt shaky and sick like I had the flu. I smoked some more bud at this point and started to feel a little bit better and then after I took 3 shots of 151° I felt like I was going to be okay. Luckily I have overdosed on several other pills and I kept my head and didn’t call 911 or the hospital or anything. I just layed there and took it all in stride.
