Well, I'm a MD and work mondays and fridays 24 hs in an emergency room. Around 23:00 I went to sleep and always is the same problem, is very difficult to fall asleep. I try almost every benzo with good results, but the problem is the hangover the next day. Also try melatonin but only works the fist 2 or 3 times. Yesterday I took lorazepam 2 mg sublingual with mild effects; then stack it with clonazepam 0,5 mg PO. Not only I sleep like a baby, I assist 2 patients without problems and not remember anything about these motherfuckers except they really existed; wake up at 09:00 instead of my usual 07:45, return to my home and sleep until 14:00, and get a beautiful afterglow the entire day.

Probably this will work few more times, but is ime to start stacking low doze benzos.
