2-CB and Installation Art

My friend Bike Boy had been calling me and going on about how fantastic 2-CB is, so when he can to visit with some, I was very excited. It was in a mostly empty capsule, and was a clumpy white powder.

He carefully measured out two lines, and said, 'I can't control the dose precisely, so I hope it's not too much. This should be about 10 mg, maybe a little less.'

We each snorted our line, and immediately my eyes filled with tears. It hurts terribly and tastes like plastic dipped in acetone. We had plans to go to the Mattress Factory, a local installation art museum, and had to catch a bus all most immediately. For about two minutes on the way to the bus stop I felt like I was going to vomit, but that feeling quickly went away.

More than mushrooms or LSD I retained my mental clarity. My visual field was crazy, but my thoughts were not delusional, just a little slow. I laughed more than usual, and we followed my written directions to the museum very easily.

At the museum was an exhibit called Pleadies. It's a totally dark room that the visitor sits in for 20-30 minutes and finally sees a bit of light. That sort of sensory deprivation led to interesting visuals and was not frightening due to a lack of thought distortion.

My body felt light and very good, like I'd just been on a long ride. At several intervals we smoked a one hitter of good weed, which temporarily increased the visuals.

About five hours after snorting the 2cb, we were mostly baseline, mood still elevated, and enjoyed about 5 drinks, a gyro, then went on a two hour walk followed by the 10 mile bike ride home. It's a very gentle substance, no hangover.

I'm not tempted by higher doses, as this was perfection, and, 10 hours later, I felt comfortable riding home.
