It really hurts me to read about people trying Coricidin Cough and Cold. This drug has taken my life from me. I have stolen from my family, my friends, and the woman I love. I've been through several rehab programs, only to be turned out because this substance is supposedly not addictive. It started my juniour year in high school, and I thought it was cool to have a drug that I could do without the obvious evidence. I.e. Weed smoke smell and red eyes. Because it's a dissociative, I dont realize how completely retarded I am being. I ruined my life over an easily accesible, completely legal, and relatively cheap cold medicine. My existence has become a joke, I am a mere facade of the person I used to be. Triple-C's burned everything out of me;Love, laughter, hope, dreams.. All non-existent when my life revolved around these pills. And it's easy to get that way. Imagine what kind of problems we would have if crack was available at every local store that carried pharmeceuticals.
It has gone beyond fun, or snubbing society. This is self-torture. I could have had a good life, I would have, but I threw it away at the feet of a cheap easy high.
