Crucial components to the successful Kratom experience:
Lie down. Quiet and comfort.
Walking, thinking, noise, light and movement create unpleasant naseau. However, enjoy 4.5 grams of kratom (1.5 tbsp), twice boiled to create a tea, add a flavored tea bag and drink on the couch. Within 45 minutes I consistently fall into a deep, trance like doze. Vivid, out-of-body dreams, blissful heaviness.
The next day I awake groggy and slightly itchy. And think, perhaps I won't do it again, but then do.
