This experience was at first accidental heres what happened. I was trying to clear some crap out of my throat I breathed deeply about seven times and then I held my breath for about twenty seconds.

I finally had my throat when everything started dissolving I could see that everything was made out of tiny dots then everything turned blue I saw a giant blue volcano and stood at the base of it all of the sudden I heard voices talking to me but couldnt make out what they were saying.

I felt a sharp pain on my face I had ran straight into a wall. It may have been an accident but a great accident it was.
