Let me begin by saying that I am a very experienced opioid user that prefers oxycodone to anything else. Everyone I know kept telling me about oxymorphone and how great it was compared to oxycodone(needless to say I was very skeptical). After many months trying to obtain a source, I found 3 10mg Opana tablets for an outrageous price that I will not disclose. So on a friday night, at 7pm I decided to take one 10mg pill on an empty stomach.

After about 30 minutes I started to get that oh so familiar feeling in my stomach and chest. It felt very similar to oral oxycodone on the come up. Warm waves of pleasure would come and go throughout my body. I would say that oxymorphone is the best oral opioid feeling on the market. Period. I had an unbelievable feeling of euphoria that persisted over 3 hours and gradually let me out of its grips by the fifth hour after comsumption.

Now to tell you about the problems with oxymorphone. The withdrawl was 'brutal'. By the time I woke up the next morning, I was ready to vomit and my stomach was cramping something awful. I had to take an oxycodone just to get out of bed. Not a good day to say the least.

Bottom line, oxymorphone is, in my opinion, the best opioid available---way better than fentanyl or hydromorphone. One of the most beautiful feelings a human being can experience, followed by one of the worst feelings a human can experience.
