I first found this medication when I had terrible migraines from the meds my doctor put me on for Postpartum Psychosis. They were debilitating and I had 2 kids to take care of. My doctor prescribed Fioricet and it was like magic. I took 2 pills and my headache was gone, if I took 3 it gave me a nice warm body buzz that just made me feel good.

It is now 1 year later and I still take Fioricet at least 3 times a week. I have never experienced withdraws or rebound headaches like others have reported. Now I order the medication from an online pharmacy so I don't have to pay for a doctor visit. It is pretty inexpensive and easy to obtain.

Basic chain of events:
:00 - I take 3 pills on an empty stomach with water. They stick a little and taste TERRIBLE, next time will take with juice or soda.

:15 - feeling it start to kick in. Throbbing in my head is dulling and my body is starting to feel relaxed and 'fuzzy'.

:25 - my headache is almost gone and I am feeling nice. Going to drink a cup of coffee for some extra caffeine.

:40 - drank my coffee and now I am feeling nice. Buzzed, no headache and and a very nice mood. Think I might clean up or something since the baby just went down for a nap.

1:30 - Still feeling pretty nice, cleaned up around the house now I'm getting some work done on the computer. Might take another one just to keep the buzz going a little.

2:00 - Took another one and it brought my buzzy feeling back bit. I feel really great, going to take the baby for a walk.

3:00 - Buzz is subsiding, still not headache. Gonna make a snack and get my older son from the bus stop.

3:30 - Effects of meds have worn off, but still no rebound headache. Another cup of coffee since I am feeling a little sluggish.
