Desperately seeking the pleasant effects I'd experience with Adderall in an all-natural regimen, I did a little research and found that what was missing from my current supplement regimen was something to MOTIVATE me and increase my energy levels since lack of energy and motivation were two of my main issues. I was lacking adequate dopamine levels, which is something that Adderall helped with...but the more natural amino acid, tyrosine, aids in increased dopamine levels as well.
Tyrosine has been the solution for my lack of motivation and physical energy and gives me the 'speedy' feeling that Adderall does without the 'waves' -- it's much smoother.
I take 1500mg of tyrosine 2-3 times a day, plus 100mg of 5-HTP 3 times a day for depression, 140mg ginkgo biloba for mental clarity, fish oil (this helps my anxiety issue), and B-complex which takes care of the B6 requirement for tyrosine and aids in energy metabolism (also helps my anxiety).
With the addition of tyrosine to the 5-HTP I'd already been taking, I feel much more motivated and happy on a day-to-day basis. I will say that the tyrosine gives me quite an adrenal boost, so whenever I'm excited, I'm very excited, and if I'm upset, I'm very upset

Ginkgo biloba is the single best supplement I have ever taken for mental clarity and concentration. Nothing else has worked as well.
Fish oil has also become quite indispensable for me due to what it does for my mood and also the health of my hair, skin, and nails.
B-complex has also always done really well for me when it comes to metabolizing the food I eat. In turn I feel much less lethargic after eating, I rise in the morning more quickly and easily, and I've got more physical energy to boot.
In conclusion, optimized dosages of tyrosine (motivation/energy), 5-HTP (anti-depressant), ginkgo biloba (clarity/concentration), fish oil (anti-anxiety), and B-complex (anti-anxiety/energy) have together relieved my attention-deficit issues, and much more pleasantly than experienced with Adderall.
