Well I've done just about every pharmacuetical opiate you can acquire, Such as methadone , oxycontin, roxicontin, fentanyl duragesic and transdermal, suboxone, all that good stuff. I gradually built up a tolerance doing these drugs. I have an opiate addiction very hard to conquer. I take 4 methadone 10's to get a okay high. The best drug I have tried so far would be Fentanyl Duragesic Patches. They are the best man. I acquired boxes of 5 25 mcg duragesic Fentanyl patches for 20 bucks. What a fucking steal. I could turn around and flip em for 25 a piece easily no questions asked. Well any ways to start off I would cut one open and eat all the gel out. Then I would cut another one open and smoke the gel off tin foil. The best high I have ever experienced. Very rapid onset, right after inhalation no smoke just vapor. Tastes heavenly then theres a killer rush I just cant get enough of. Remember I considerably have a high tolerance. Fentanyl - I love it. A little later I opened another patch began to eat/smoke the gel. I dont think anything beats this stuff. I was hooked on this stuff for about 3 weeks straight cuz my buddy had em and was sellin em to me. But now I cant find them anywhere which blows! its the best drug I've tried wish I had sum gel under my toungue, straw in my mouth and a fat glob on sum tin foil. I'm getting a rush just thinking about this stuff.
