[Erowid Note:
Intravenous (IV) injection of crushed pills/tablets can be very dangerous due to unknown substances, binders, and fillers present. Any substance injected directly into the blood stream should be very pure. Clean needles and medically appropriate techniques should be used to avoid serious injury or death.]
In a depressed state with nothing to lose and the need to forget everything I turned to my only true friend...the point. I crushed about 3 quarters of an 8mg suboxone and added a syringe full of water. I used a q-tip to filter the solution and draw into the syringe. I located a vein on my right arm, right at the elbow and inserted the needle. No tourniquet is needed anymore, once you do it enough you know where your veins are. I got a register almost immediately.
The solution was injected and I felt nothing for about 10 minutes. No rush, but a shitty opiate buzz and I couldnt stop puking. I passed out and felt like shit for almost five days. Not worth it. I experienced enough already and know its not worth the risks. Pills contain talc, and shooting talc is bad news.
