15 mg oral Pharms - Zolpidem (pill / tablet)
  1 glass oral Alcohol - Beer/Wine (liquid)
1 cig. smoked Tobacco - Cigarettes
5 mg insufflated Pharms - Zolpidem (ground / crushed)
ambien and wine

I have been having problems with insomnia for a few months now and my doctor just gave me a prescription for Ambien 10mg. Took just one last night and it make me fall asleep and worked well. Woke up a little groggy though. I will continue to use them as doctor ordered one 10mg pill at night and it should do the trick..

But tonight I decided to experiment a little. On top of these I had taken ibuprofin throughout the day for my messed up knee, as well as a calcium suppliment.. At around 2 at night I took one and a half 10mg ambiens with a small glass of wine. Just watched entourage on my laptop at my desk and waited for it to kick in. by the time entourage was over around 2:40 my motor skills had gone and certain things I was seeing were double. My mind felt like it was somewhere else, my mind is in a strange but nice mindset. I then decided to go outside to smoke a cig. Smoking on my front porch, there’s a flagpole in the yard with two trees on either side and a rock. The whole time I was smoking the flagpole was doubled, the trees constantly pulsated, and the rock looked like there were two of them but one of the rocks was growing out of the other slowly.

When I was done smoking I came back inside and crushed up half an ambien and snorted it about 3:05. It burned a little bit but not too bad, intensified the uncoordinated feeling as well as the distortions in my room right now. As I write this at 3:45, now laying in bed, when I look at my door it is swaying back and forth slowly as well as my windows and pictures. The blinds in my window are pulsating and moving from what looks like toward me. But other than that im about to lay back and listen to pink floyd and fall asleep. Also as I was writing the words kept moving on me it was hard to keep track of what was going on with my typing.

Hope my story helps anyone who may read it.
